Apostle Flanagan was consecrated to his five-fold office as Apostle, under the apostolic oversight of world-renowned author and international speaker, Apostle Bill Hamon, Presiding Bishop and Founder of the Christian International Network of Churches, where Apostle Flanagan served for a season within the C.I. Network as a member of the Apostolic Council.  In the year of 2010, Apostle Flanagan was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Ministry Degree, through the Global Bible University, complementing the Spirit of Wisdom and Knowledge, that was already resting upon his life.

Serving leaders, which is the Apostle's passion, served for a season under Her Grace, Overseer Vanessia M. Livingston, Senior Pastor of the Miracle Deliverance Prophetic Temple and Presiding Prelate of the Prophetic Temple Churches of God Inc., as the organization's National Ambassador, and is currently serving Her Grace, Apostle Dr. Joan B. Sanders, D.D., Establishmentarian of the El-Bethel Prayer Tabernacle Church, and Presiding Prelate of the Prayer Tabernacle Covenant Ministries as Secretary General.
